Warranty claim

The central brush doesnt reach the floorsurface good enough. the belt stops the brush at a premature stage. I tried to replace it with a new belt but the problem remains. After testing everything possible we finally bought a new longer belt and mounted on the machine. Now it works fine. You should really do something about this problem. Our customer didn´´t want to keep the machine anymore.
