Seat Assembly failure on Itala Sweeper. Please confirm if the load rating of the seat assemblies and we require replacement asap.

It looks like the weld has failed with this being the second seat assembly to have a potential quality issue and we have attached few photos here of the first one as well that also has broken welds.
